• The necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right pursuant to Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data shall be retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and limited to the duration required by the purpose of processing. Upon expiration of such period, your data shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed,

• Request information if your personal data have been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction if your data are incomplete or inaccurately processed,

• Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in the legislation,

• Request notification of such operations to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,

• Object to the processing of your personal data through automated systems,

• Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.
